The Dangers of the Devil Weed

This photo has been flying around the internet. Now most people might focus on the lady's "lung capacity", but what is interesting here is the very innovative and fundemental design of the smoking device. It appears to be a tube from a roll of paper towels and some tin foil!

Now I'm a leftover from the '60s and should know about stuff like this but have never seen such a thing. I hope somebody tells the lass that that's not good for her.
